Red Belt Challenge: Day 4

Synopsis of the Day

I walked an extra hundred stairs today, my pack was ten pounds heavier, and I walked a half mile more. All this may not seem like much improvement. However, my legs tell a different story.

My entire body is feeling the push after four days.

Here is how the day breaks down:

  • Backpack 35 lbs
  • Climbed 575 stair steps (with pack on)
  • Walked 3.58 miles (with pack on)
  • Fasted for 17 ½ hours

Observations:

After only four days, climbing up stairwells is getting a bit easier.

The Stair Master

I feel like the Stair Master today. Walking up that last flight of steps, this popped into my head.
